Will you be using:

CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE SALE OF ALL ITEMS BY MACKAYS OF CAMBRIDGE LIMITED

1. The price charged shall be that ruling at the date of despatch.
2. The buyer shall pay for the goods within THIRTY (30) days of receipt of statement unless previously agreed in writing by Mackays of Cambridge Limited.
3. Property in the goods shall pass to the purchaser only on payment in full to the Mackays of Cambridge Limited of all sums payable in respect thereof; until such time the goods remain the absolute property of Mackays of Cambridge Limited and the purchaser shall allow access to repossess the goods at any time until final payment is received.
4. All claims for short delivery shall be made in writing to the Company within TEN (10) days after the date of the Company's invoice.
5. FORCE MAJEURE: If delivery of the goods in delayed or prevented by events or circumstances beyond the control of the Company, then the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused thereto.
